If the fidget spinner craze has already jumped the shark, it’s apparently landed on some breasts. An innovative young woman on Twitter under the handle @caritadepincel has invented fidget spinners specifically for nipples.

Dubbed “fidgetiddies,” the converted fidget spinners essentially act as pasties covered with the most addictive toy currently on the market. The woman doesn’t appear like she’s interested in monetizing the invention, though, as she posted a 2-minute tutorial instructing anyone on how to follow her lead.

All you need to make your own are some pasties, velcro, and fidget spinners. Cut a small piece of the hook side of the velcro and place it on the pastie. Attach the loop side to the center of the fidget spinner and, viola, you’ve got yourself a fidgetiddy. Repeat the process and you’ve got fidgetiddies.
