Prince William is making history this week by becoming the first royal to appear on the cover of a gay publication.
The Duke flashes a big smile for the leading British gay magazine Attitude, in which he condemns the bullying of the LGBTQ community.

The photoshoot took place on May 12, 2016, after His Royal Highness invited the magazine and members of the LGBTQ community to Kensington Palace for a discussion on “homophobic, bi-phobic and transphobic bullying.”
“No one should be bullied for their sexuality or any other reason and no one should have to put up with the kind of hate that these young people have endured in their lives,” the future King of England said in a statement. “The young gay, lesbian and transgender individuals I met through Attitude are truly brave to speak out and to give hope to people who are going through terrible bullying right now. Their sense of strength and optimism should give us all encouragement to stand up to bullying wherever we see it,” The cover comes only days after the Orlando massacre, where members of the LGBTQ community were targeted and killed in a nightclub shooting spree.

Matt LeBlanc Races James Corden On Children’s Scooters
How you drivin’? On Tuesday night, Friends alum Matt LeBlanc visited The Late Late Show. LeBlanc and British host James Corden have a lot in common these days now that the actor now hosts the U.K. racing show, Top Gear.
So to keep him on his toes, Corden decided to host his own race (with a twist!) inside his CBS studio.

“I have challenged Matt to a Top Gear-inspired race using these state-of-the-art children’s scooters,” Corden said, sitting atop a lavender-colored tiny scooter with a British flag on the front. “It’s time for Bottom Gear!”
LeBlanc rode on the same scooter with an American flag out front and both men attached GoPro cameras to their helmets.
They then “sped” off through the studio, dodging silly string, foam blocks and water balloons. Ultimately, LeBlanc passed Corden and won the race, which shouldn’t come as a surprise.

The Episodes star revealed that he set a track record on Top Gear while Corden admitted that when he was on the show he came in 75th.
When asked about driving the U.K. versus America, LeBlanc said, “The roads [in America] are so much wider. In the U.K., in London, the roads are so narrow because they were built for horses and carts, I guess. So here if you make a mistake and go wide you’ll maybe hit a tree and some bushes. Over there you get wide you hit a thousand-year-old church!”

If you didn’t know this already, Gigi Hadid likes her shoes. She likes them a lot.
Playing a game of “Would You Rather” for the Stuart Weitzman Fall 2016 Campaign, Hadid answered a handful of questions about her shoes. Turns out there is very little she wouldn’t do to have them.
One of question posed to the model was whether she’d lose all her footwear or all her marbles. Her response: “Can I get my shoes back? Can I come over to the office and get my shoes back after?” she laughs. “I’m not trying to lose my marbles, but as long as I get my shoes back. I just don’t want to lose them”
Another asked her to choose between her makeup and her shoes on vacation: “I usually don’t wear makeup on vacation, but I love shoes on vacation. I usually plan around my shoes on vacation,” she explains with a big smile.

Being girly is a superpower! That’s the message from actress Kristen Bell, who has penned a powerful essay on gender equality as part of the United State of Women Summit
In the thought-provoking article, the 35-year-old “Frozen” star questions why being “girly” is often seen as a negative quality and encourages women to embrace such gender-defining qualities: “There are certain traits that are traditionally associated with being a female,” Bell writes.
“We are often called sensitive, emotional and non-confrontational. Hey ladies, guess what? These all go into the ‘pro’ column! Our sensitivity and empathy gives us a comprehensive awareness. They allow us to be generous in both material and spirit, because we can gauge our needs and the needs of others.”

This isn’t the first time Bell has candidly penned her thoughts in public posts. Just last month, she wrote an essay for Motto in which she opened up about her struggle with depression.

Tegan and Sara are back with a new album, “Love You To Death”, and opening up to Glamour magazine about all things queer in the music industry.
“I have never felt like being in the closet would have helped us. It always seemed like a shame to hide such an integral part of one’s identity,” Sara said. “It’s a relief to see people being more comfortable and casual about it. I think it does wonders for the kids out there who are taking it in and experiencing the music.”
With more queer-fronted acts grabbing the spotlight than ever before, Tegan goes on to acknowledge the improvement but calls for more. “I wish there was more queer women making music in the mainstream,” she shared. “I still feel a responsibility to really push ahead. Not that I want to give in or give up or retire, but there are definitely moments where I wish there was more happening.”

Fans have been desperate to see the story of notorious cocaine kingpin Pablo Escobar continue to play out in the second season of Netflix’s “Narcos” and now that we finally know the return date — Sept. 2, 2016 — star Wagner Moura appears on tomorrow’s episode of “Chelsea” with a big announcement to make.
“When you were growing up, you were aware of Pablo Escobar, right? You remember when he died, when he was killed?” asks Handler.
“Though I’m Brazilian and it’s kind of close to Colombia, I didn’t know much about Pablo Escobar,” recalls the “Narcos” star. “I remember when I was a kid, I remember the image of the fat guy on the rooftop. Disney Donates $1 Million To Support Orlando Massacre Victims
Disney has donated $1 Million to the victims of Sunday’s mass shooting in Orlando, Florida.
Orlando mayor, Buddy Dyer, announced via Twitter that the Walt Disney Company donated the large sum to OneOrlando, the organization created to help raise money for those “most affected by the mass shooting,” THR reports.
“We are heartbroken by this tragedy and hope our commitment will help those in the community affected by this senseless act,” chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Bob Chapek, said in a statement. “With 74,000 cast members who call Orlando home, we mourn the loss of the victims and offer our condolences to their families, friends and loved ones.”

Both Clinton and Chomsky take it as read that the election of Trump and subsequent annihilation of the human race would be a sub-optimal outcome. Neither bothers to explain why this is the case; they just assume their audiences share their prejudices. No doubt Clinton's strategists have calculated that human extinction doesn't poll well in swing states.
Yet for a polar bear or a sea cucumber, fewer humans might be just what the doctor ordered. Two hundred years from now the planet will probably be in pretty good shape, if Trump delivers on his pledge to wipe out our odious rat-like species. That's another thing I don't like about Clinton- she's so homo-centric. Just because she isn't a sea cucumber, she acts as though no one is.
The latest polls show that only 0.2% of Americans would welcome a nuclear confrontation with China. But 0.2% is equivalent to the population of El Paso, Texas. What gives Clinton the right to single out El Paso in this way? I can't tell you how angry this makes me.
I think Trump's policies make a lot of sense, but I'm completely high right now.

Today’s lesson: Keep your password safe, and logout when you’re done.
Actually, I should say passwords, plural, as in more than one; a recent poll suggested that 55% of adults use the same password for most if not all websites (source). This means that if someone discovers your password for Facebook, then they also have potential access to your banking details… but I figured that young’uns especially would care more about damage to their social life than their bank balance, thus the focus on the leaking of nude selfies in the saga of Peter and his passwords.
Oh, and in case it’s not obvious, I will mention here that part of keeping your passwords safe is making sure that they are not easy to guess. On that note I will mention that the 5 most popular passwords of 2014 were:

3. 12345
4. 12345678
5. qwerty
You can see the full list here, and an earlier list from the same source here. The first thing you will notice: the only improvement in near to 5 years is that ‘password’ no longer tops the list, and is currently in second place.
It also bears mentioning that if you are ever going to be away from your computer or device, lock the damn screen, in the same way that you’d lock your car or your front door.
